Private: Network Administrator / Call Center Dialer Administrator
G2 Technology is seeking a career- oriented Network Administrator / Call Center Dialer Administrator to fill a permanent position with an outstanding organization that recognizes achievements. This position is located in New Albany, IN.
In this role you will provide network administration and desktop support to all levels of users. Other responsibilities include: providing Level 1 support for issues relating to the call center as well as evaluating inbound/outbound call center productivity by creating and analyzing reports. In addition to analyzing reports, you will also be asked to develop solutions and strategies for improving call center productivity.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Windows network administrator
• Advanced user of Word, Excel, and Access
• Windows desktop support experience
• Able to effectively communicate with internal and external users
Nice to haves:
• Previous Dialer Administrator experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of telemarketing and phone switch technologies
