Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual to serve as an Office Coordinator. This is not your typical Office Coordinator position. You will learn about technology, work with cutting edge/modern software tools, gain exposure to online applications, provide input/feedback (we love new ideas), as well as have an opportunity to grow within a team environment. Additionally, you will assist with the overall management of the office while contributing to a positive team atmosphere. The selected candidate will be a self-starting, detail-oriented, problem solver who is able to maintain a positive, proactive attitude while developing and maintaining relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience directly supporting a team in a fast-paced environment, while executing with short turnaround deliverables
- Experience working on Windows-based computer programs as well as a demonstrated proficiency with various software tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills are required
- A high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multitask
Nice to have:
- Email Campaign experience with tools such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
- Basic financial/payroll exposure
