Quality Assurance
G2 Technology has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance professional. The winning candidate will need experience working directly with Business Analysts and a programming team to identify, plan, execute and measure the critical validation actions necessary to ensure products represent the quality expected. This a 12-18 month contract position with one of the most sought after companies in Memphis. This positions pays up to $40/hour.
Experience Required
- Knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle and industry standard version control and change control procedures.
- Highly-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- experience doing UAT and Use Cases
- Constructs and executes both manual and automated validation scripts
- Develop a project test plan that defines the product’s test requirements.
- Analyzes specifications and/or use case diagrams to prepare and perform testing procedures that validate all deliverables and modules identified in the test plan
- Unit, functional (black box), integration, system, regression, acceptance, load/stress, usability, alpha and beta testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience using wireframes, and screen mocks
- Experience with Mercury Interactive QuickTest Professional
- Knowledge of HTML, ADOBE, Macomedia, Vignette, Windows and Mac OS and browsers, ORACLE, VBScript, Mercury test products and SQL
